For your convenience, we accept most major credit Cards. We deliver the finest care at the most reasonable cost to our patients, therefore payment is due at the time service is rendered unless other arrangements have been made in advance. In the event that you need additional information regarding alternative financing, we will recommend several agencies that will deal directly with you, some of these financial institutions may offer the option of  financing with no interest for 12 months; depending on your credit situation.  We will be happy to submit insurance forms as a courtesy to you.  If you have questions regarding your account, please contact us at (954) 566-0300. Please remember you are fully responsible for all fees charged by this office regardless of your insurance coverage. You will receive a statement if there is a balance due.

However, in the event that you paid in full for your services and are expecting reimbursement from your insurance company, please call us for a status. Most insurance companies will respond within four to six weeks. Please call our office if your statement does not reflect your insurance payment within that time frame. Any remaining balance after your insurance has paid is your responsibility. Your prompt remittance is appreciated.
