Due to their advanced training, our surgeons enjoy practicing the full-scope of our specialty.  Therefore, other than our routine oral and facial surgical procedures, we also offer a gamut of subspecialty procedures.

Cosmetic Dental Implant and Oral Surgery

Our Institute offers the latest technology and procedures available to patients undergoing dental implant therapy including: one stage surgical techniques, bone regeneration and grafting procedures, use of hemobiologics to enhance healing, cosmetic gum tissue enhancements, periodontal plastic surgical procedures, and the option of "Same Day Teeth" for many patients. Treatments are delivered in an outpatient sterile operating room environment and multiple dental implant systems are available to ensure that each surgery is individualized to ensure the highest possible success. Accommodations can be arranged for our international patients.

Maxillofacial Cosmetic and Orthognathic Surgery

Featured in medical publications and programs, our institute offers American and International patients the latest techniques and technologies for those undergoing functional correction or cosmetic enhancements of the jaws and face. With many years of training and surgical experience limited exclusively to the head and neck region, we are strongly committed to correcting the underlying structural problems rather than just masking them. Our step-wise rationale aims not just at improved function but also affords the patient a more natural appearance at the conclusion of treatment as opposed to the noticeable "stretched and done" look. Of course simple, more limited procedures are also offered when needed. They include segmental and distraction jaw procedures, chin, cheek and nasal enhancement surgery, eyelid and brow surgery as well as face and neck lifts. These procedures are often complemented by facial sculpting with the use of liposuction, Botox, facial peels and laser resurfacing. We also offer services that aim at reconstructing faces in the aftermath of trauma, tumors and congenital disorders. These complex treatments may be done in collaboration with comprehensive teams of different professionals to allow our patients a speedy recovery.

Investigational Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery

Being on the edge of Oral and Maxillofacial Technology, our Institute is often involved in clinical studies to enhance patient care.  Of course, while no one has the obligation to pursue the most innovative procedures, we believe it is our obligation to truly inform our patients of all the treatments that we believe may benefit them.  This approach led us to adopt new techniques that are now becoming standards of care (platelet-rich plasma, immediate loading of implants to allow “same day teeth”, plate and screw rigid fixation of ostetomies, etc…).  In this same spirit, we are able to offer advanced minimally-invasive procedures (microcortical grafting, endoscopic facial and salivary surgery) and other techniques that we believe will stand the test of time.
